Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting. Do you happen to know if that fireplace in the family room is wood burning?.. This is a keeper.... Well maintained and updated. Catches your attention from the outside and holds your attention once you enter. The primary wardrobe could be larger but that is NOT a deterrent. This will not be on the market long and I would not be surprised if it achieved full asking, if not above!! Again, thanks for posting!!

Great showing/presentation, thank you for posting. Overall, a beautiful home, well-renovated, and not dated at all. I am not a fan of the open layout and much prefer the traditional. The only thing that would give me serious pause, is the size of the primary, lack of a tub in the primary bath, and the closet being located in the bath. Despite those concerns, I do not believe this will be on the market long. Again, thanks for posting.

Beautiful home no doubt. I liked the way the home is decorated as the possibility is displayed. Initially I thought this would be a home added to my email for future references but then I saw the traffic pass by I'm the back. Also unfinished basement, so for me it's a disappointing No 😢

Great showing/presentation. Thank you for posting!... beautiful home, def not dated and I like traditional vs open floorplan. What gives me serious pause is the asking rltd to offering. Overall, it's small. All the bedrooms are small including the primary bed, bath, wardrobe. Resale value is my primary concern. It could be a contender only if we could come to terms on the asking ($700k is not happening).
